Pull down stairs or permanent stairs can be easily added to access this area. Some customers will purchase this option with plans to utilize this area in the future. When looking at the overall investment that you will make on the whole project, it makes this up-grade option very attractive. This area can also be finished off at any time for a small office, play room, pool room etc. Skylights can be added to give you natural light and save on energy costs. Storage trusses are spaced 2' on center and have a heavier bottom cord than typical truss.
